1. Healthy diet: Clean eating is important no matter what. Try to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Consuming a variety of colored fruits and vegetables has been shown to promote longevity, disease prevention, and overall wellness.
2. Try deep breathing: Give a chance to do deep breathing it could work for you. Take time site comfortably and focus on the sensations of your breath-Breathing in and breathing out. Let any thoughts that come into your mind drift by without getting involved in them. This takes practice, but it’s worthwhile. Enjoy the stillness.
3. Take some time for self-care: Self-care is important no matter how busy you are. Especially during this time, we are busy we need to take care ourself more than anything. Self-care is crucial to emotional health and well-being. Not taking time for ourselves impacts how we feel, think, and act. So make time to take good care of yourself.
4. Manage your screen time: Most of us spending most of the time on screenings, technology, and we have less time for the habits and activities that make us feel good and build resilience. To take a tech time out, start by tracking the amount of non-work hours you spend on the phone, computer, or watching TV for one week. Screen time can be addictive. If you discover you’re spending more time in front of a screen than you are being active, make a plan to replace some of that viewing time with “doing” time.
5. Instant vacation with laughter: Laughter is a good way to stress away. It is an instant vacation. When you’re feeling calm, make a list of things that make you laugh — a TV show, a movie, a joke you’ve heard. Pull out the list when you’re experiencing stress, and treat yourself to an instant vacation. You deserve it.
6. Take proper sleep: Daily 8 hours of night's sleep is extremely important for your health. It will help you to keep relaxed, more energetic, and more active by the mind. For better mental and physical health you need better sleep. Lack of sleep can increase the risk of several diseases. It can also contribute to weight gain, stress, fatigue, and tiredness. You must make necessary adjustments in your routine to ensure better sleep.
7. Stay stress-free: The lifestyle followed today can give you a lot of stress. Too much stress affect your mental and physical health and it can increase the risk of serious health issues. Stress can affect your day to day tasks as well. Try practices that can help you fight stress naturally. Go outside take some fresh air, try deep breathing exercise, yoga, or any activity that make you feel happy.
