4.Go outside:
Nature is the best healer. Even for a small time if you go outside in the green can help you to ease your anxiety. Even a picture of nature in your room, or a plant can also help to lower your stress level. But it's better if you go out there. It will give your mood a boost, lower your blood pressure, muscle tension, stress hormones and heart rate. Which means you can feel more relaxed and calm down.
5. Get more sleep:
Sleep is actually good. It recharges your brain and boosts your mood and you can be more focused. But not getting enough sleep can impact stress and anxiety levels. Getting between 7 to 9 hours of restful sleep is recommended. And insomnia is one of the common symptom of anxiety. To get better sleep limit your screen time, go to the bed and wake up on same time everyday.
